I've never been in a harsher solar environment than the western cwm of Everest. It's just totally white and if you don't have an effective sunscreen like BullFrog, you're toast. The sun as those altitudes is not your friend. It's your enemy. BullFrog is my friend at that altitude. I've tried it in a harsh environment and it works.
